This gym has been amazing. The atmosphere is welcoming and communal—people are friendly and happy to chat, but also respectful of your space. As someone new to going to the gym, I never once felt out of place. What really sets this place apart is the coaching. Both the floor coaches and the 1-on-1 sessions are excellent. Bryan was always super friendly and made me feel welcomed. I was paired with June for individual coaching, and she's been incredible. As someone with a history of chronic pain, she took the time to understand my needs and create a plan that challenges me to grow while still respecting my limitations. I've never felt pushed beyond what's safe for my body. If you're looking for a gym where you'll feel truly taken care of, this is it.

I've been a member of Physical Culture and working with June for almost 2 years. Since then, not only has my body had a huge transformation, but my community has grown. As a former professional performer, I accepted chronic injuries and endless rehab as part of my daily life. June created programing for me that speaks to my unique recovery needs as well as helped me reimagine my relationship to my movement, body composition, strength, and BJJ training. I've never felt better or more confident in how I feel and look. When I'm in the gym, I get support not only from June, but the other coaches as well and the other members have welcomed me with warm smiles and wide arms. Out of 5 stars, I give 'em 10.

Kudos to June & Brian for setting up such a great community - the gym itself is exceptionally good as are the trainers, both professionally and personally. Highly recommended.

My wife and I joined Physical Culture 18 months ago and it’s had a transformational impact on our lives. We’re 40-something parents of two young kids and it’s historically been hard for us to build the habit of consistently working out. Zack and Chantel create personalized workouts for us that meet us where we’re at and yield results without spending forever in the gym. Steve, John, Brian, June, Francesco all coach and encourage us even through they’re not our dedicated trainers. The accountability and community helps us show up on the days when we’d otherwise find an excuse not to. The space is the best gym in the neighborhood: all the equipment you need and never feels crowded.

I’ve been training one-on-one with Coach Abby at Physical Culture Gym, and the experience has been outstanding. She has taught me so much about strength training, stability, weight lifting, and mobility. Coach Abby is both encouraging and motivating, always pushing me to reach new goals while making each session enjoyable and effective. Her knowledge and positive energy make such a difference. I highly recommend Coach Abby and Physical Culture Gym to anyone looking to improve their fitness and learn proper technique in a supportive environment! Brian the owner of gym is also amazing. He did my intake and helped me get signed up. Great atmosphere and wonderful experience overall.
