I had the pleasure of visiting Performance HQ during a recent business trip to New York, and it was an exceptional experience. The gym is easily accessible from anywhere in the city, located in the heart of Manhattan, just one subway stop from Penn Station. The group functional training classes I attended was nothing short of phenomenal: a dynamic and energizing workout led by a highly professional and motivating coaches Trevor and Ben, who inspired everyone to push beyond their limits. After a series of exhausting business days, those workouts left me recharged, blessed, happy, full of energy, with valuable takeaways for my fitness routine back home. I highly recommend Performance HQ to both locals and visitors looking for a top-tier fitness experience that not only challenges but also inspires. Big fan of Ben and Trevor and the class environment at Performance HQ! It’s always a challenging class with great energy. Having two instructors and a smaller class size allows for a lot of personal feedback, which ultimately means you’re in an encouraging environment to go up in weight, do more reps, and move faster. Can’t say enough good things about the class and the team!

Such a great workout and class. Both accessible and as challenging as you want to make it. Ben and Trevor are super energetic and attentive - the best of both a personal trainer and group class.
