Love this place! I took my first hot yoga class here and it was probably the best yoga class I've ever taken. The studio is beautiful and clean. The instructor was great, good pacing and right amount of hands-on adjustments. I left feeling both energized and grounded. Can’t wait to come back!

She encourages physical spiritual and emotional healing in a subtle and safe way. I highly recommend coming to a class. The studio is spacious and has a great vibe. I was really impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the props. There is a lot of love here!

It's impossible to quantify the gratitude I have for OYH. The space that Anna has created, both literally -- a beautiful, calming, clean environment -- and energetically -- a container of love and community -- is unparalleled. I have taken hundreds of classes here and every teacher is incredibly knowledgable, creative, empathetic, and pays a great deal of respect to the lineage of yoga. The flows are inventive, the adjustments are supportive, the dharma talks are inspiring. My practice has greatly transformed and advanced since becoming a student of OYH. I am a staunch evangelist of this studio and cannot recommend it enough. It is a place to find sanctuary in a very chaotic city and has deepened my connection with my body, spirit, and mind. Thank you, thank you! I love you!

As a local, I used to really love this studio due to intimate community feeling, small class sizes, and excellent instructors; but recently it seems that they’ve sold out and canceled the classes at non-peak times and doubled down on the classes at peak times. Instead of the intimate community feeling the classes used to have, now we are all right on top of each other. I have to double check I won’t touch my neighbor in basic lateral moves, because they are a centimeter away from me. Additionally, if it is a regular (non-hot) yoga class, and advertised as such, the room should NOT be hot. Even describing the heat with low heat, medium heat, and high heat would help if the instructor insists on the room being warm and stuffy. I did not book hot yoga for a reason, and it was a very inconvenient surprise on top of the PACKED room. I hope the studio makes improvements such as capping class size, descriptive heat (low, medium, high), and bringing back more classes on the schedule in the future so it can bring back the intimate community feeling.
