Everyone is friendly and helpful. My trainer, Gashford is amazing. He is so knowledgeable and explains each new step in my fitness journey. I’ve been in a lot training facilities and so few have fully developed an inspirational environment like OneBell.

When I first signed up I had zero fitness experience. I’ve been a member for 3 months now and I am glad to say that I not only know what progressive overload is but I can now leg press over 100 lbs. Shout outs to my trainer Jared for helping me every step of the way. The facility is also always clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone who wants a smaller setting that provides personal support for everyone on any fitness level.

I can’t recommend Gashford at ONEBELL Fitness enough! After my first baby, he helped me safely rebuild strength and hit my fitness goals within 6 months of working out together. During my second pregnancy, he was incredibly informed and careful — keeping me strong, confident, and moving safely the whole way through. Gashford is not only deeply knowledgeable but also motivating and supportive, and the whole ONEBELL team is focused on results. Truly the best trainer and gym experience I’ve ever had!

I switched gyms because I needed a change to find the motivation I once had. Started working Cam and he has been great. Cam recognizes what I know and is building onto that foundation so I continue to learning and am not bored. Everyone at the gym has been friendly and helpful. Overall I am really happy I made the jump to One Bell Fitness and started working with Cam.

I’ve been weightlifting and training for over a decade but have been training at OneBell for just two weeks and can’t say enough about how grateful I am. They have an incredibly thoughtful, skilled, and supportive team of staff and trainers. Gash has already successfully pushed and encouraged me to find a steady rhythm toward my goals.
