Such a great local studio! Small classes, with great instructors. I always leave with a big smile on my face. I’ve tried different classes at different times with different instructors and they are all great. They always provide modifications and corrections when needed. I’m so glad my son gave me a gift certificate for Christmas which I rolled into a monthly membership!

I never have enjoyed Pilates as I never felt it was doing much but I have now gone to 6 classes with various teachers and they’re all incredible! They really pay attention to individual form and have clear instruction and the exercises vary per class to keep it interesting. It’s also super clean. Feel it in every muscle in my body in the best way. Thank you!

Love Kin and both locations are beautiful with fantastic instructors. I was introduced by a friend and now my new go to studio (sorry SLT). Love how my body and abs feel after every class.

Excellent studio, instructors are well trained, and classes are challenging. With a regular practice at KIN this past year, I built a lot of strength and was able to add more intensity to my workouts at the gym with some ease.

My local Pilates studio- workouts are intentional and impactful with small/slow movements. Studio is well-maintained and the teachers are helpful to guide your form/ tailor the workout to the class’ needs.
