I’ve been working with Dan for the last year and the results have been awesome. I came in with very specific goals around skiing, and he really took the time to understand what I was trying to improve and built a training plan around that. It never felt generic - everything was clearly tied back to performance on the mountain. I also mentioned that I’d often get elbow pain during upper body work. Dan quickly identified it as a shoulder mobility issue and adjusted my programming to target that directly. Within a few sessions, the pain had basically disappeared. This was something I had spent months in PT for years ago without much progress, so that alone was huge. Dan really knows his stuff. I feel stronger, more stable, and more confident skiing - and just better overall day to day. He’s patient, friendly, and genuinely fun to work with. I actually look forward to our sessions each week. Highly recommend Dan if you’re serious about improving strength and mobility!

Training with Dan over the past year has been a consistent highlight of my week. Dan is awesome - I've been working with him on mobility and strength training. I came to him with a set of goals and issues I wanted to address and he put together a plan that addresses everything directly. Our first session covered a total body assessment where he was able to determine the areas of focus that I would benefit from the most. He's also great at instilling a sense of confidence with form and doing exercises correctly on my own with helpful cues and mindset. Highly recommended if you're looking for a personal trainer!

Dan is the best. I’ve been training with him for almost 10 years, starting when he helped me strengthen and rehab my shoulder after an injury. His expertise in both strength training and mobility gave me faster results than I expected, and he helped me build a foundation that’s kept me strong and injury-free ever since. Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, focused on proper form, and always finds the perfect balance between challenging and motivating you. Can't recommend highly enough!
