Have enjoyed over a year of membership at Harbor Fitness, and it’s truly a wonderful place. The facilities are always clean, facilities well-maintained, and I love making use of the sauna. But the real stand-outs for me as a member here are the classes. I think it’s some of the best value you can find in Brooklyn: a wide range of fitness styles taught by instructors with a high level of expertise. I finally found consistency with my fitness regimen by attending classes here — particularly Pilates with Paul and Renee, Yoga with Andrey, Body Blast with Michaelina, and Cardio Dance Party with Darren. There is a strong community around the fitness classes but I always found them to be welcoming to new attendees. I highly recommend Harbor Fitness!

Over the last year I was a member of this Harbor Fitness location and I really enjoyed it. The staff greet you as you enter which can be hard to find in this every forward digital AI age. The group fitness classes were led by friendly and helpful instructors, notably Jen and Jodi. I loved the sauna as my post workout treat and the shake bar when I was on the go and needed my protein fix. The lockers in the locker room can be fussy. Overall if I wasn’t moving out of state I would have continued my membership here. It’s clean (yes even the showers), there’s a sauna and towel service, group fitness classes, shake bar and the staff were courteous and helpful!

I’ve had a great experience at Harbor Fitness in Park Slope, especially because of the amazing customer service. I want to specifically shout out Melody, who has been incredibly helpful with freezing and unfreezing my account as I transition between working out of town and being back in town. She made the process easy, stress-free, and was always kind and responsive. It really makes a difference to have staff who are so understanding and accommodating. Highly recommend Harbor Fitness—and Melody in particular!

This is the best gym in the park slope area, in my opinion. There’s a lot of equipment and the place is kept clean. Even at peak hours it never feels truly mobbed. Repairs are made quickly and without fuss. Staff is friendly. My only complaint would be that the sauna is not hot enough — I’d recommend at least retrofitting it to have seats that are higher up, it’s hard to get a sweat on when you’re sitting at almost floor level.
