I had such a great experience at Hapik Industry City! The place is very clean, modern, and fun. It’s a perfect spot for both kids and adults to enjoy climbing in a safe and exciting environment. The staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient — they explained everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable the whole time. The climbing walls and activities are really creative and unique, so it never feels boring. It’s also a great way to stay active while having fun. Highly recommend Hapik Industry City for families, friends, or anyone looking for a fun adventure!

This place is amazing. It can seem very overwhelming when you walk in and it’s busy, it is a lot of go at your own pace and do your own thing but there are staff around if you need help. I saw a boy get scared and not want to continue on the obstacle course and a staff member went out and helped encourage and coach him through it to the end! Was so inspiring to see 🥰 Note: parking is hard to find, plan to arrive early to find a spot so you don’t walk in late for your booked climb session.

While it appears to be tailored for kids, Hapik Industry City's indoor climbing gym is made for both kids and adults! There are tons of themed climbs for everyone to try. The best part: each walls have an easy, medium, and hard mode. Therefore, you can adjust the difficulty of your climb to whichever you want. Not only does they have fun, challenging climbs, but there is also a Pirate's Walk-the-Plank and an rope course. The Walk-the-Plank is a simple climb to a lone board, where you'll take a leap of faith. As for the rope course, you'll walk up to the upper level and choose between the long route or short route. The only issue I have is the crowd. Hapik does a wonderful job with safety! Each wall have their own safety mats that lets climbers know when a wall is in use. However, since most patrons are kids, they tend to wander and forget this rule. Therefore, just be careful and aware of the other climbers around. By the way, you do not need a lock as the lockers have their own electronic locks! Just bring a small bag as the lockers are not that big. I recommend buying your own climbing shoes as they do not provide one. If you do not have, just wear comfortable sneakers. As a final warning, just be careful when rappelling down the rope. You may injure yourself, so take it nice and slow! Other than that, have fun!

I took my family to Hapik, and we all had a fantastic time! My kids, ranging in age from 2½ to 13, loved every minute of it — and so did I. The staff was very friendly, and the attractions were easy for kids to operate while still being super fun and exciting. They would’ve stayed another hour if they could! I highly recommend checking it out — it’s a great place for kids to stay active and have a blast.

Outstanding customer service!! So this was our first time and we had no prior experience with the place. We arrived for our 4pm birthday party on a Saturday and it was extremely crowded and hectic at first. The facility was at capacity (which is 110 climbers). This made checking in a take a while. It was not very organized in the beginning, we didnt know where to go or what to do. BUT once everything settled in we were EXTREMELY impressed. As time went on it got more calm with less and less people. Our host Louis was excellent!! And management really went out of their way to ensure everything was going well for us. We were approached numerous times by attentive staff and managers. The kids and adults from our party all had a great time. We will definitely be back and all of the people from our party said the same thing! Really exceeded our expectations!
