I've been taking classes 3-5 times a week for almost a year now (at this location and Gowanus). I love the GTP fam. Truly, my body has never felt better. I not only feel stronger, but I see a difference. As a girlie with endo, I was feeling very out of control of my body, but after 3 months with good time, I started to feel in control of it and like my body was mine again. I'm noticeably stronger, have less daily aches and pains, and feel energized to do more physical activity. This is the first time in my life that I feel excited to go to a workout class. My go to instructors are Nat, Mariko, Macey, Catherine, Bailey, Sam, and Megan, DJ Rock. They are all so different and lovely. Highly rec if you're even considering pilates (plus you can't beat the price in the neighborhood!)

I’ve been struggling for years to find an activity I genuinely enjoy because working out has never been a natural part of my routine. But I found reformer classes to be perfect! They work every muscle in the body — especially the ones you don’t even realize you have. I’ve only tried the Feel Good classes so far, and all the instructors have been kind. It’s also easy to book and cancel classes, and the packages make it flexible.

I love this studio so much - the instructors are all thoughtful, supportive and super knowledgeable. No two classes are the same, with instructors evolving routines to align with weekly themes. I've been taking classes here for over a year and can truly see and feel the change in my strength. Couldn't recommend more!

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Good time Pilates Has been my second home ever since I began my postpartum journey with scoliosis. I have never felt so good in my own skin thanks to these people. Not only have, they helped me completely realign my body, rebuilding muscle at my absolute core. Everyone who works there is incredible and kind! They are patient and so incredibly professional. The small space is intimate, which allows you to get to know the people you’re learning from. And they always remember the things that you were working through and working on and are there to help you evolve. I am so grateful that they exist! Can’t recommend enough! worth every penny 10 / 10!!!
