I've been a member at F45 Boerum Hill for a month now and I'm absolutely loving it! What keeps me coming back is how every single workout is challenging and completely different from the last. I never get bored because there's always something new to push my limits. The staff here is phenomenal - they're incredibly helpful, encouraging, and always willing to help with form or modifications when needed. It really makes a difference having trainers who genuinely care about your progress and safety. I can honestly say I'm feeling so much better since I started - both physically and mentally. The workouts are intense but doable, and I'm seeing real improvements in my strength and endurance. What really sets this place apart though is the community. The other members are supportive and motivating, and there's such a positive energy in every class. It feels less like a gym and more like a group of friends working out together. If you're looking for effective workouts, amazing staff, and a welcoming community, I can't recommend F45 Boerum Hill enough. It's been a game-changer for me!

It’s been one month so far, and I’m very happy with the whole experience. The coaches go above and beyond to ensure proper posture during exercises. There’s a great mix of strength, cardio, and sometimes both in one session. The space is clean and well-maintained, everyone is friendly, and the atmosphere is great.

I have found F45 Boreum Hill to be an incredible space offering the best workout routine. After having a baby, I struggled to find a program that worked for me, but I feel stronger every week. Juggling time has been challenging, and I often find it hard to fit in a full workout. However, every single class leaves me feeling both exhausted and accomplished. The workouts are intense, but they can be tailored to your fitness level, which makes all the difference. The convenience of being in and out is exactly what I needed. It has motivated me to make this my primary workout routine, attending at least three to four times a week—even while managing my business and being a mom. The trainers here are fantastic—they're always available to help and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this space for anyone looking to get stronger but struggling to find the time. And the music? It’s the best! ❤️

3 years and 800+ classes in, and I will just say its the best workout fitness program I have ever been involved with. I go every day, it's just 45 minutes of intense work, and you'll see results pretty much within the first month. The workouts are quick paced , fun, always different and everyone is super friendly, coaches and members included. It's expensive, but worth it. DO IT.

I’ve been attending this gym for a few months now and here are my thoughts. I don’t personally love that it’s leaning more into the CrossFit world, which I vehemently dislike. but nonetheless, I’m enjoying it. It’s really the community and coaches that keeps me coming. They create an environment that’s welcoming for everyone. All the coaches are absolutely fabulous! but special shout out to coach Jade, Luther, Wallace, Gabby, and Cas. You guys make the worst 45 minutes of my day way more enjoyable. (I literally hate working out so much you guys)
