Equinox Domino

The entire staff at the spa is wonderful. The facility is gorgeous, and it truly feels like a place to relax and reset. Everything is spotless, calm, and thoughtfully designed. They also have state-of-the-art longevity and wellness technology, which makes the experience feel both luxurious and genuinely effective.

Kimberly is truly exceptional. As both a stretch therapist and spa manager, she brings a rare combination of expertise, warmth, and genuine care to everything she does. She is incredibly kind and attentive, always taking the time to truly understand my needs and tailor each session accordingly. You never feel rushed—only supported and thoughtfully cared for. Her calming presence, professionalism, and attention to detail elevate the entire experience, and it’s clear she is deeply invested in her clients’ well-being.

I have been a member for 4 years and this location is absolutely not maintained upto Equinox standards. The Domino park Equinox has wet bathroom floors which are very slippery and I have myself been a victim of fall multiple times now. The bathrooms are never stocked well nor the towels available readily during busy hours, also when an equipment breaks, it takes them weeks to make it right. Men’s steam room is frequently out of order and the jacuzzi is never cleaned. More to add, the management here does not care as I had previously informed them of these shortfalls and constantly communicate with the front desk when I visit about the shortcomings. Equinox is the best fitness club the city has but this location really is not maintained well.

I’ve been to over a dozen Equinox clubs around the country. The Domino location is by far the most poorly conceived and maintained one I have ever frequented. The steam room and showers have had issues every single month for 6 straight months in a row. There have been leaks, floods, broken doors, broken equipment and that’s outside of the randomly undefined “maintenance” that never seems to fix root causes. The fact that this is a “destination” club and one of the worst in the city makes no sense. Just condemn the club and start from scratch at this point.

Nice facility but management is unable to run basic functions — EG you’ll have 4-5 staff behind the front desk but no one in the locker room or any towels when you get out of the shower. The pool is a main attraction but it’s closed for weeks at a time and they struggle to keep the Sauna hot — or even on. Change of management could probably solve these issues as the club is brand new, and in theory should be able to operate well under a competent team.
