Lauren is such a great instructor! I love her classes, they’re challenging but focussed on form and precise movements - I feel like I get a really thorough workout across core, glutes, arms. Always worth being on the wait list for for chance of being in Lauren’s class!!!!

Lindy is a fantastic teacher and has a real understanding of how every body's needs are different for pilates. I feel safe in her hands and love the movement she provides. Her playlists are also just what I need for that early in the morning!

Obsessed with ERP. It’s the only thing that will get me up and out early. The instructors are super friendly and encourage you to go st your own pace while providing modifications and helping you improve. Update: It’s been 8 months since I posted this review and I’m still consistently excited to come to ERP as much as I can.

Every private session I’ve had with ERP has been outstanding. The instructor meets me where I’m at and also challenges me appropriately. The 1:1 instruction gives me confidence to know that when I’m in classes or doing Pilates at home, I am aware of what proper alignment should feel like for my body. 🧘🏾♀️ -Kristen

Brian IS greatness! All of his classes feel like it’s a group of friends just hanging out and doing amazing things and living life. I love the class. I love him and I would recommend to all my friends. Duh, I have recommended it to all my friends. 🤗 I come every Friday and every Friday it’s something new. It’s a new muscle group. It’s a new workout. He hits muscles you didn’t know you had. You leave and sit in your car and you wonder damn, how did I make it? Then you remember, you made it because it was Brian.
