This is a perfect little Haven. I tried many studios and held a gym membership in the area as well, but nothing beats my experience at Duo Yoga. It's a wonderful community, a place to slow down, breathe, health and learn to live positively. Each instructor is amazing, skillful and really friendly, so are all the staff there. The classes are fantastic, including the restorative classes. Such a gem. Thank you Duo Yoga team. Part of a #TravelGuruLife Expedition of New York City

The 7/8am rise and shine classes are the perfect way to start the day. Often a mix of meditation, breath work and deep yoga poses. The instructors are knowledgeable and give great clues. The studio has a very authentic feel that I definitely prefer over “corporate yoga studios” like core power

I thoroughly enjoyed this studio. Overall a wonderful class. Very kind teacher(Shieri) and front desk. I took the Pilates /yoga class and enjoyed the emphasis on core strength to start. Shieri had clear cues, encouraged breath to movement, and created a perfect flow to the class. Loved the use of props and the encouragement to do what feels right in your body. It was a very restorative class which was perfect. Something else I appreciated was they allow you to borrow a mat at no extra cost which helped since I was visiting from out of town.

Such a warm and inviting yoga studio , with a neighborhood vibe. Some yoga studios feel like there’s pressure to be really advance. They support all levels. It feel safe to take classes indoors with masks - they set it up well. Support small biz!

Good for beginners or if you want calm relaxing classes. Wouldn't recommend if you have been practicing for awhile and are looking to challenge yourself. I went to only "challenging" classes and didn't feel like I was getting much out of them :(. Teachers are sweet.
