Dropped in from Albany for my last workout of 2025: 2026 Cal Row 400 Burpees 40min time cap Didn't think I could do it. I am now sore in places I didnt know could be sore from burpees. Great community in this box. Coach was personable. Elite programming. I'll be back.

I've taken CIRCHIIT classes here with a majority of the instructors and have loved every single class. Big thanks to Amena who made me feel welcome during my first class and made me want to come back. Instructors are motivating but are also respectful of people's physical limitations and will offer alternatives if needed. The space is also very clean and well equipped.

Most respect for the instructor who kept showing me how it gets done and to the amazing group of women who are doing all these exercises like champions. This is hardcore exercise that seems easy but it’s intense, you get to work your whole body in one hour. Amazing feeling of getting your whole body activated and useful. I highly recommend it for well being, especially if you don’t go to the gym much or are sedentary at home or work.

An excellent workout for kids and adults. Coaches Agata and Chris are super inspiring. They guide and motivate me and my daughter to achieve the best results. I also love the people I meet there. There is no judgment just a pure joy of getting better, stronger and happier.

Joined a class and when I arrived they told me they canceled the class - they give you a notice to arrive 15 minutes before start time (6:15pm for me) and they send a cancellation less than 1 hour (5:24pm) before arrival time when people are commuting there (which is not very professional and inconsiderate in my opinion). Would be nice if they give advance notice and are considerate of people’s time. Waste of time. Do not recommend.
