This is a solid health club, with nice sauna and steam room amenities, a good variety of classes and a substantial selection of equipment. What really makes the experience though is the staff. Everyone including the maintenance and door greeters work hard and go out of their way to be kind and supportive. I also came here to say I personally had an excellent personal training experience working with Sam. She helped me recover from an injury, provided so much encouragement and an overall very positive attitude, and was generous with her time. When I need more support I will definitely be going back to work with her. My only critique of the gym is that I get no cell service unless I am upstairs at the entrance. This may be because the workout area is technically underground so not sure what they could do about it?

It’s almost great. i’d give it a 3.5 stars for what you pay vs what you get. this review is from the angle of my fitness style. Busy, even at non peak hours so i can’t imagine what it’s like during peak hours. Yoga classes don’t really embody the “spirit” of yoga and it’s approached more like a workout. i like the main studio area for open space and stretching but it’s always occupied by a class. Same with the turf. I feel like i can’t fully enjoy the entire gym because there’s always too much going on and is chaotic. the layout is a bit jarring too and i feel like im being spectated from above. Compared to the other CPF the amenities are lacking (ex. pool) great showers and locker room though, nice employees.

This was the second time signing in as a guest and it was some kind of delay . If I was thinking of joining makes me think twice. The first time the front desk couldn't find my wife's name. The place is huge from the outside you would never know. My biggest problem is the internet connection. I tried looking for wifi but couldn't find a wifi connection.the surrounding neighborhood is trendy and has a large variety of restaurants. My wife went for a sonic bath and there are yoga classes. What I like about this gym is the downstairs lounge very roomie.
