BYKlyn has great music that keeps the energy high. As a beginner, I felt especially well taken care of — the lifting and biking instructors were attentive, encouraging, and made sure I felt comfortable on the bike. The workout was challenging but approachable, and the overall vibe was welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone new to spin who wants a supportive environment.

I recently joined Byklyn and love it. The studio has a fun, friendly vibe with a strong focus on fitness. People there are very supportive and welcoming. No one is trying to be cool or get noticed. Initially I joined for the spinning classes, but now I’m getting into into the strength-building classes and really enjoying them. For a small studio, Byklyn has a lot to offer.

BYKlyn Studio is truly such a gem! I’ve been taking Brennan’s Lift Heavy class for three months and have noticed my muscles are more defined!!! The class is specifically focused on strength training/lifting, and Brennan does a great job organizing each workout and keeping everyone motivated. It’s easy to follow thanks to his clear explanations of every exercise. The gym is always clean and has great amenities for post workout use. Since starting this class, I feel much more confident using machines and weights, and I feel incredibly strong. Such a great community and an amazing workout! :)

I was so intimidated to try this place six months ago, but I’m so glad I did! The strength training classes are incredibly inclusive- welcoming to all fitness levels and body types. The instructors make everyone feel capable and comfortable. I finally tried a spin class last week thinking I’d hate it, but it was such a blast that I’ve already been back three times! The energy is amazing and the time flies by. What really sets this place apart is the genuine community feel. It’s woman-owned (not a franchise!), and you can tell. The facilities are great, they provide everything you need, and everyone is so supportive and friendly. It truly feels like you’re part of something special, not just another gym membership.

I typically don't write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after completing my first month and a half at BYKlyn. After snapping my jumprope in half for the dozenth time against the concrete outside, I decided to take up cycling for cardio. The cycle studio in the back has helped me maintain my momentum, and even exceed my goals. I've really enjoyed the classes and playlists prepared by Chi, Christian, Ciara and Faye. What keeps me at BYKlyn is Brennan's Lift Heavy class on alternating days when I'm not biking. His offerings for strength training have really helped me level up the weight that I'm able to handle. His music is loud to get us motivated, but he speaks patiently and compassionately with us about how exactly the body builds and maintains muscle. You can tell he's knowledgeable, and wants you to be your best self.
