If you've been thinking about joining, this is your sign to go ahead and do it! BSC is AMAZING, ok! The sense of community and support that you'll get here is like no other. I had Went to a women’s seminar. The experience, the atmosphere and the teacher were amazing. I got to learn through her helpful slides for strength training, long term muscle health tips and with her demonstrations of proper technique. I can’t wait for her next seminar. I’ll be bringing my friends and family.

Really awesome local gym. My mom and I have been training here for a year and absolutely love it. The coaches and other members of the gym are supportive and the workouts are the right amount of challenging. Absolutely would recommend trying out this gym if you're looking for a welcoming environment that will push you to get stronger.

I went to a seminar hosted by Sofia. It was informative and motivating. I walked away understanding the importance of weight training and its impact on my long term health. Sofia showed me how weight training is possible for an older woman. I'm no longer intimidated by weights and weight training is now a part of my program .

I cannot recommend Megan highly enough. From our very first session, it was clear she is a cut above the rest. I came in wanting to learn the kettlebell swing, and Megan didn't just show me the moves—she taught me the critical why behind perfect technique. She even videoed my swing so I could see my own form and the incredible improvement in real-time. It made all the difference. Beyond the technique, Megan’s approach to programming was eye opening for me. She took the time to truly listen to my goals and structured the workout around a philosophy that is both intelligent and with considerations that I hadn't thought of before. The Brooklyn Strength Club facility is also fantastic – clean, well-equipped, and a great environment to train in. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in your success, look no further than Megan!
