I recently through my son a pool party at the Brooklyn Sports club and I was very impressed with the level of professionalism I received. I am beyond satisfied. Nina and Jamel was very patient and worked with me every step of the way to insure i had a wonderful experience. My son was so happy and my guest was happy with the customer service . I was given a generous amount of time for set up . Staff made sure my party room was clean and check in throughout my entire event. I will definitely recommend anyone to have any type of event at the Brooklyn Sports Club! You will not be disappointed!

I attended a fathers day event here on Friday, June 13 with Dizzy Brown and the Opportunity Hub. It was great! The facility is beautiful. The staff was kind and supportive. The pool and sauna area was perfect! It was the perfect way to kick-off father's day weekend!

I watch Shavone Training with the ladies and she has been a total game changer. Those women look amazing. She’s not only an amazing trainer, but also incredibly encouraging and easy to work with. They look like they are having fun. She really listens, adapts workouts to how I’m feeling that day, and keeps things fun while still pushing them to improve. Those ladies have gotten stronger, more consistent, and way more confident since working with her. I Highly recommend it to anyone at any fitness level! Instead of Symone hating on her she needs to give her a try.

I am not a gym person. I don't know how to use any of the machines, but I love the group classes here. Part of what keeps me going is the wonderful staff, like Kiara and Mya who encouraged me when I started coming. Given their experience and know-how, they were able to advise me on what classes might work for me and have been so wonderful. The pool is also great and saunas alone are worth the membership. If you are someone who is intimidated by going to a gym, I would recommend giving here a try before giving up on all gyms completely.

I’m a frequent basketball player at this gym, and honestly, the way things are being run has become extremely frustrating. I consistently pay $20 for a guest pass on weekends and weekdays often traveling a good distance just to play basketball, only to arrive and find out there’s suddenly a new activity or class added to the basketball schedule. There’s no consistency, and it feels like the goalposts are always moving. What makes it worse is that when I do get on the court, I regularly see people sneaking in through side doors and playing for free. That’s hard to swallow when I’m paying $20 every single visit. During the week, when my friends and I try to raise these concerns and ask to speak to a manager, we’re repeatedly told by the front desk staff that the manager isn’t available only to find him upstairs working out . At some point, you have to ask what’s the priority, customer service or personal workouts? I know who the manager is, we’ve spoken a few times but  it’s frustrating to see him posting shirtless Instagram photos during hours of operation while customers are actively trying to get answers. On the rare occasion you do speak with him, you’re redirected to the general manager Hassan, but that becomes another dead end because he leaves early and you’re told to email him. So how exactly are customers supposed to get resolution? Now there are additional classes added during the week between 7–9 PM, and the basketball court closes at 9:45 PM. A real basketball run can’t happen in 45 minutes, by the time teams are picked and games get going, it’s over. If these changes are meant to prevent people from sneaking in, it feels like these additional classes are being added specifically to discourage people from sneaking into the gym. If that’s the case, that’s not a real solution it’s a Band-Aid. Instead of addressing the root issue with proper security or having staff actively monitoring entrances, these changes end up limiting court access for paying customers. You may be attempting to fix one problem, but in the process, you’re creating another and negatively impacting the overall experience for those who are actually following the rules and paying to be there. At this point, I’m frustrated and just looking for clarity, consistency, and accountability. If people are paying to use your facility, there should be structure, fair access, and management that’s available when issues arise.
