This is my second year of working with Christine. I love working one on one with her. I try to take her positivity with me when I’m not there. It is a true mind, body and spirit experience. I can see and feel the difference after a session with her. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her. A five star experience and a 5 star person!

I strongly recommend Brooklyn Pilates. I had been struggling with back pain for a long time, and a number of people recommended that I try Pilates. I stumbled upon Christine's business by Googling places near me in Brooklyn with favorable reviews, and it lives up to the hype! Christine is incredibly kind, caring and focused on making sure her clients are getting what they want out of their time with her. She is very attentive and makes sure I get the most out of the exercise while steering clear of anything that could lead to an injury. My back improved significantly after just a couple of sessions, and overall I feel much better since I started working with Christine.

I had a private session with Christine and it felt really well in my body: more relaxed, energized and centered! I loved how she adapted the session as she was reading what my body needed. This is an in-house studio that feels very calm, welcoming and private. Loved it!

Christine is the epitome of a grounding presence. I manage to leave every session calmer and more in touch and in tune with my body and its intuitive abilities. I entered her studio with a set of complex back and hip issues, and have found immense physical and mental relief from my sessions with Christine. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Pilates to anyone who seeks a warm, private environment to engage in both the fun and spiritual sides of body work and movement.

Christina from Brooklyn Pilates is amazing!! I suffered from severe sciatic for years and was very nervous to work out again. After doing PT to someone help my back, I decided I needed to get back in shape and try pilates as it is supposed to be an amazing workout especially for the back. Christine is the sweetest person. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She makea sure my form is always correct, and always asks how my body is responsing to the workout so I do not injur myself. She turned me from a person who was afraid to work out, to counting down the days till our session. My clothes fit so much better and I can see the difference in my body. I cannot recommend her enough. I am not a workout class person so I really enjoy her one on one personal sessions.
