The space is absolutely gorgeous! Everything is bright, airy and calming. My first Vinyasa class was great and challenging. One suggestion: maybe mark the rows so people know where to line up their mats. Once I was situated we had to shuffle around since people were kind of scattered about. The instructor did a good job of wrangling everyone though! I'll definitely be back :)

I’ve been practicing at the studio for about 6 months now and it’s been a wonderful experience. There are people who’ve been coming here for years, too. Not only has my flexibility, alignment—and sleep—improved over several months, but I also feel welcome in this space. There are so many instructors that it’s hard not to find ones who fit your own personal style and goals (however, some of the more popular instructors and class times do fill up). Classes are offered throughout the day to accommodate flexible schedules, which I also like. The skylight studio is incredible; I love being able to watch the clouds and occasional plane fly overhead. The studio managers are really nice, too. Another important factor for going here is that I don’t feel judged for showing up in an old t-shirt and unshaved armpits. Of course, there are some stylish people who go here. As for the reviewers complaining about rooms that were too hot, it’s actually okay to mention that to the instructors. I personally prefer the upstairs studio when possible. If you signed up for a class with an instructor whose style you don’t like, you can always talk to one of the studio employees or one of the other yogis to discuss who you might have a better “flow” with. Anyways, please don’t come to Brooklyn Flow—the place gets crowded enough on weekend mornings as it is. ; )

Wonderful natal classes, first started attending with my 1st pregnancy 9 years ago and now again that I’m 9 months postpartum. Really enjoy the perinatal health offerings at various stages of parenting. 🙏🏼

I've always had a good experience at Bend and Bloom. I'm a relative novice but have always felt comfortable and welcomed here. The studios themselves are extremely calm and minimalist. You truly feel like you're escaping the city. There are two studios one big and one small. They offer packages but you really don't save that much unless you spring for an unlimited plan and go very often. They do offer a pay-what-you-can class with a budding instructor about once a week which is great.
