I would definitely recommend Body and Brain Yoga to anyone who is looking to tone up, unwind and relax, and strengthen up. The classes will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full of positive energy. Having a health issue with extreme tension in my pelvic floor, I was recommended to this studio by one of their past instructors. In only one month I have already started to see results of healing and reduced tension/stress in my body. Master Seoyeon and her crew of instructors are incredibly talented and supportive. They pay individual attention to everyone, making sure that each person gets the most out of each pose and are safe from injury. I truly appreciate the help and support they are giving me in my journey of healing. Thank you!

I was looking for a low impact, easy to follow fitness class and came across Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi. I called and was immediately greeted with warmth. Scheduled my 1:1 introduction class and the instructor was kind, patient, and showed me the moves. I signed up immediately. Since then, I have felt like I joined a family. The staff is kind, the students are welcoming, and I feel so much better about myself, even though I have only been doing this for 3 weeks. Highly recommend for people that need low impact, spiritual fitness in their life.

I would like to share my experience in my yoga program in Body & Brain Yoga Tai Chi. I have been joining the yoga in years ago. I feel so much relaxing, happier and makes me much stronger in self confidence with positive energy!! I love it so much! I am sure I will continue my yoga practice ongoing!!!!! All the Masters have been doing a great job of sharing their professional experiences, patience and the hard work to the students during the class. I am greatly appreciated for all your efforts!! Joined the studio one month ago after an intro class my daughter bought me as a holiday present. I am very satisfied with my experience. The environment is clean and comfortable. Instructors are professional and warm. They offer variety of activities on a flexible schedule. Please check it out for yourself and your loved one.

I have been doing yoga on and off for many years, but always stopped after a couple of months, because motivation was fast to pass. For a person who is not into working out, but who wants to be flexible and stronger, mentally and physically, other yoga places seemed very hard physically, which made me upset mentally as I couldn’t always keep up due to chronic aches and pains. I am very glad I found Body & Brain. Their yoga, stretching, meditation and other variety of classes are exactly what I was looking for intensity-wise. Their welcoming, calming and positive attitude and atmosphere is very refreshing. The staff is always available and willing to help in any way. If you wish to deepen your practice and knowledge, there are also workshops to choose from. Whatever it is you are looking for, you may most likely find it at Body and Brain.
