Great pilates classes! They’re smaller classes, so the instructors really guide you and correct your posture. I’ve taken classes with Julian, Rachel, and Natia and they’re all great instructors. Highly recommend!

Incredible studio! I was looking for a Pilates studio that offered a range of classes from beginner to advanced to help me build my practice, really focusing on form and strength as well as the mind body connection and breathwork! I could note recommend this studio more — all of the instructors have slight different styles, but they are very supportive of accommodations, injuries, and keeping classes challenging. I truly feel like after taking classes here, I’m so well trained in the body and language of Pilates that I could take class confidently anywhere.

Love the jump board Pilates class. I randomly signed up not realizing that it wasn’t just like other Pilates classes. But it is fun, active, easy to follow and the teacher Natia Tukhashvili is great at not only explaining things but she is also patient and welcoming. I believe I enjoy it more than any other Pilates class that I’ve taken before even at other studios. Will be bringing my friends to try it too!!!

Natia is an amazing instructor! Great for traditional pilates (which is so hard to find in this city) to learn posture and strengthen your core. Highly recommend her and cannot wait to try out her intermediate class.

I took a class with Ran Chen on 2/15, and she was fantastic—very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to learn from. I truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely take another class with her.
