Highly recommend Zach's Vinyasa. The combinations and flow were energizing yet relaxing. Excellent choice of music/sound throughout each section of class. His knowledgeable technique and gentle, therapeutic voice made me forget all about the time. One of the best yoga classes I've ever attended. I'll definitely be back.

Baby Cobra rocks! In October, I attended Connie and Calia's "Open your Heart" workshop dedicated to the autumnal equinox and it was transcendent. Both woman have incredible knowledge about the craft and their nurturing energy really put me at ease to reconnect. They gave me 10/10 hands-on adjustments, which helped me totally relax and connect with my body. Loved it so much that I attended their December workshop. If you're feeling imbalanced and need a reset to get in touch with your mind/body, highly recommend attending one of their workshops!

Went for a morning class at 8AM and it was just what I needed. They started off with a meditation and moved into a slow flow. It was a great mixture of strength and stretching. The space was so lovely and is donation based so it’s very flexible as far as price goes. They have a ton of yoga mats for public use, along with the blankets and blocks. Highly recommend!

I just came back from living in East/West Africa for the last 4 years and was looking for a yoga studio to continue my spiritual and yoga practices in NYC. After recently taking my first class, I knew that I found my sanctuary and safe space in this sun drenched studio filled with plants, musical instruments, amazing teachers, beautiful people and great vibes!
