the evening hot yin class was the perfect balm to winter stiffness and back pain. Carlie was a really skilled and adaptive instructor who made us feel comfortable and modified the class to accommodate my physical limitations. i got the week long pass for $50 and i can’t wait to go back and try all these classes.

This was the first yoga class i’ve ever gone to. i went to a flow class led by Maria. I wasn’t able to nail every pose but i was able to adjust them to my comfort without critique. the space is very clean and the staff are super friendly and chill. mats are first come first serve but me and my friend got there ten minutes early and were the first ones there so don’t stress about being super early to score a mat.

Tears of JOY and gratitude! Today was my first day back in the new studio space after over a year of sitting out Covid Times. Tonie is one of the best yoga teachers I've ever had, and she was my last class and now my first class getting back in the studio. Which, did I mention is airy and beautiful? Lots of natural light, high ceilings, architectural details and all new! Best of all we got to practice in the back yard with trees and a blue sky for a ceiling. It felt very safe in every sense of the word, and I am looking forward to seeing all the wonderful teachers, Kelly, Elizabeth, Jillian, Jason, Alia, all of them, they are all excellent!
