I cant even fully describe how awesome this gym is. everyone, staff and members, it is extremely friendly and welcoming, which makes walking in the doors for the first time so much easier. such a relaxed non stressful vibe for a gym. the coaches are all extremely knowledgeable and helpful. family friendly. your kids can hang out while you work out. I couldn't imagine going to any other gym. ever. update: THEY NOW HAVE A 24/7 KEY GYM! Any time, day or night, whatever works for you, Aisling 24 is waiting for you!

I've been doing CrossFit for almost a year now, and it's made a huge difference in my life. It lowered my cholesterol, helps me manage stress, and I'm really in the best shape off my life. And I've met lots of ready cool people. I started at CrossFit Aisling a few months ago, and I love it here. Jayson and the other coaches are awesome. He puts a lot of thought into the programming. I love their emphasis on form and technique and their encouraging attitudes. And the members here are really cool. It's always fun to work out with like minded people--people who want to have fun together while getting stronger. Nothing like a killer WOD to bring people together!

Coach Jay and his team go the extra mile to ensure that you are taught proper technique, stay motivated and get fit! This is the most supportive and fun group of people I have ever worked out with. Being apart of the CrossFit Aisling team means having a coach with you at every workout. Great gym community with no pressure lifting! The classes are great. One afternoon I was the only one and Jay gave me incredible one on one instruction. A breath of fresh air from other gyms I have been a part of!
