We had a fantastic stay! The room was incredibly spacious — plenty of room to relax and unwind without feeling cramped. The location couldn’t have been better, making it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. The on-site restaurant was a highlight. The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. We ended up looking forward to every meal there. The amenities really set this hotel apart. The sauna and steam room were clean, relaxing, and the perfect way to wind down. And the climbing gym was such a unique and impressive bonus — well-equipped and a fun surprise we didn’t expect! Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again.

Truly enjoyed staying here. All employees friendly, courteous, and professional. The suite was the most luxurious I have ever stayed in. We drank up the coffee provided in the room and they gave us more. Very accommodating. Restaurant served delicious food, delightful service. Great stay.

Our stay was good! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Parking is located across the street, which was convenient. We didn’t try it, but there’s a cool outdoor climbing wall that’s great for climbing enthusiasts. The lobby was nice and welcoming. Overall, a solid stay in downtown Reno!

We had our wedding here, and I can’t tell you how may people came up to my wife and I to talk about how beautiful the venue was. Our wedding coordinator, Kelly, is a fantastic human, and helped us through the whole process. The staff were extremely friendly, and the out of towners loved their rooms as well. Great job, everyone!

Overall a nice hotel to stay in. Firsy the bad. Sketchy Garage across the street is the only real parking The lounge is really weird. But I forgot I was in the states. The lounge unlike every single other one outside the country did not have complimentary liquor. It is on the 15th floor, in what appears a converted suite. Food was good though. I was not the only one with my thoughts about the lounge. I talked to other travelers who also thought it was odd and a disappointment. The immediate location is somewhat sketchy, but plenty of security around. Other than that.. Staff was great, especially since we brought our puppy. We got upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite which we appreciate. The bed is comfy. We were thrilled about the microwave and fridge being in the room, a rarity these days. The heating system worked well, plenty of plugs, and plenty of speed on Wi-Fi. They had a super cool (extra cost) rock climbing gym, though the regular free one is inside of that and it's really small, and not good. But overall a plus given the rock climbing option. If I ever found myself in Reno again (probably never) we would return to this hotel if we needed to stay in the city.
