Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I had such a great experience at Urban Air! The whole place was fun, and very clearly focused on safety, which I really appreciate as a parent. I also want to give a shoutout to jacqueline for being so kind and helpful during our visit. Even with the small things like helping me find the restrooms and letting me know my child wasn’t tall enough for the harness maze, they were polite, patient, and made everything feel easy. She and others made it showed that the staff prioritizes safety, especially with kids, and that gave me a lot of peace of mind. My child had such a great time and didn’t even want to leave! Everything was fun, safe, and well run. Overall, an amazing experience, and we’ll definitely be back!

We had an awesome experience at Urban Air in Reno, but what really stood out was our hostess Faby. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Faby went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, and her positive attitude truly made the visit better. Because of her, we will definitely be coming back.

Amazing place to bring your kids! The staff looked very nice and they didnt have any attractions closed. Faby helped me with the steps to get my membership, big thanks to her. The food was great, the girl with curly hair was awesome as well! Definitely recommend.

There were many fun things to do. However, it is very loud and obviously kid-friendly. We had a good time. Other trampoline places run hour-long sessions, but the wristbands bought here were good until closing.

My girls had a blast. While our visit there I ordered boneless plan chicken wings fries and a pizza 2 icee one fountain drink. After we ate kids played a few minutes later once I got to my car I was not feeling well. Long story short I ended up getting food poisoning. Nice place to allow your little ones and big ones play.
