Rachel is amazing! My first two sessions were greater than I anticipated. She adapted her training to my limitations. Rachel is detailed, kind and very encouraging. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to improve their health and fitness level.

Union Studios is amazing!!! Rachel Reallly works with me to get the results that I want at my own pace. She comes up with awesome work out routines that I enjoy doing. I like it when she challenges me, Pushes me to my limits and at the end of the day I feel like I have accomplished the maximum training I need. Thank you Rachel!!

I got the opportunity to have another yoga session w/ Rachel & found her to be easy to follow & she also makes it so much fun! Rachel’s is a great teacher & patient w/ those still learning. I had a wonderful experience w/ her & recommend her to anyone looking for a personal trainer or in her Sunday class at 24 hr fitness. Check her out! You won’t be disapppointed that’s for sure.
