I can't recommend Carina's Flow to Presence class enough! It's a gentle, slow vinyasa flow with thoughtful guided meditation. I always leave feeling so much more relaxed and open. Plus, Carina is really welcoming and approachable--she always invites requests/feedbeeck.

Absolutely phenomenal classes. Try Amber's class, absolutely different, diverse, and gets the mind set just right.
