Hands down the best pilates studio in town! All the instructors are so knowledgeable, patient and down to earth. I absolutely adore how they actually engage with you and learn your name. I love how their workouts will humble you big time but the instructors really push you to keep trying your best. They are super beginner friendly, they make sure that you get it before moving on. The studio is beautifully designed and the vibes are immaculate. Love, love, love!

Best Pilates studio in Reno! Immediately upon walking in I was impressed with the interior design and vibe of the studio. The class had great music, high energy, a great instructor, and was challenging in a great way. The coffee shop right next door is really nice.

The perfect match for your fitness and aesthetic journey. If you're just looking to wear a cute outfit and snap a pic without breaking a sweat, this may not be your spot. BUT, if you're ready to rock that cute outfit, crush your fitness goals, and be surrounded by an amazing community of supportive instructors and fellow go-getters, then this is definitely the place for you! Don't forget to check out their first Sunday donation classes, it’s a great way to get involved while giving back. I’ve been coming to The Mill Barre + Pilates for 6 months and every single class has been different and challenging. Each instructor has their own style but I know I will always get an incredible workout no matter what. I’ve recently started taking mostly barre classes and I’ve seen such positive changes not only in my body but mentally as well. The studio is gorgeous and I love the small class sizes. It feels like you’re getting a private lesson because the instructors are able to offer adjustment suggestions throughout the class and it really helps you stay engaged.

All the instructors here are amazing! They provide individualized feedback to really help your form and insure you get the most out of class. Great flow and challenge to classes. Worth checking out!
