You won't regret joining West Reno Fit Body Bootcamp! I joined during the pandemic when everything was closed. Fortunately they live-Zoom all of the sessions, so you still get the coach interaction and camaraderie. Honestly, if you are looking for a fast, effective workout, give this place a try! The coaches and members are amazing! Don't let the word "bootcamp" scare you, they won't spend the entire session yelling at you. Quite the contrary, they are very encouraging. Every workout is different, and at only 30 minutes you definitely won't get bored. PROS: Classes in person or via Zoom Many times to choose from Classes are small Staff is encouraging as are the other members Heart-rate monitors are available for purchase if you like to wear one (they aren't required and absolutely NO PRESSURE to buy one) CONS: They bill weekly not monthly Only one location

This place is truly amazing. The staff is extremely nice and they really care about you making your goals. When you don't know exercises they are really helpful and don't make you feel bad for not knowing them. I love going to this class but unfortunately we moved a little bit too far away. I 100% recommend going here, if you stick to it you will definitely get results and the staff is very personable. Classes that are like this are expensive for a reason. They put a lot of work into the workouts that they formulate for the classes. It is absolutely worth every dime. Especially to get your life in order and take care of your health.

If you are looking for a great High Intensity Interval training workout, look no further! No matter your skill level, this is a workout everyone can benefit from. I am thrilled with the change it has made in my life, giving me more endurance, flexibility, strength and coordination, something we all need to sustain our busy lives. Workouts are fast, furious and fun with the great people you will meet to motivate you to your goals.

A great workout in 30 minutes or an hour if you feel like staying another class! There are different times offered to fit my schedule when needed. I love the friendly environment and the trainers. I have accomplished amazing results, and feel the strength in my body. Thanks Fit Body for the best workout and nutrition advise that I have experienced.

I love Brad, Trish and Caroline! They make me feel so at home! They contact me by e-mail to check up on me! It is like personal training. When I question how to do a move; they comfortably help position me and I know that I am getting the most out of every minute! I love the fact that in 30 minutes I am getting the best workout I have ever gotten! You will not regret your experience here!
