Where do I even start? Ryan Keaton has been with me from the very beginning, from the moment I walked (more accurately, could barely walk) into physical therapy after my accident, to the point I am at now, where I’ve regained strength, mobility, and confidence I truly didn’t think I’d get back. When Ryan first saw me, I was in rough shape. I couldn’t move properly, I was in constant pain, and honestly, I was scared. Not once did he make me feel rushed, dismissed, or like “just another patient.” He met me exactly where I was, physically and mentally and built me back up step by step. On days when progress felt impossible, he reminded me of how far I’d already come. On days I was frustrated or discouraged, he stayed patient, encouraging, and grounded. Ryan’s knowledge and skill are obvious, but what really sets him apart is how much he genuinely cares. He pays attention to the smallest details, adjusts treatment based on how you’re actually feeling (not just a chart), and explains why you’re doing what you’re doing so you feel informed and empowered in your own recovery. I always continue to feel safe, heard, and respected in his care. Because of Ryan, I went from barely functioning to moving, strengthening, and trusting my body again. That kind of impact goes far beyond physical therapy, it changes your quality of life. If you’re considering Ryan Keaton at Strength in Motion, know this: you will be in incredibly capable, compassionate, and dedicated hands. I am endlessly grateful for everything he’s done for me, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Jessie is one of the best physical therapists I’ve ever worked with. She really pays attention to her patients and works hard to meet them where they’re at. Whenever I had questions or concerns, I knew she would assist me with kindness and understanding. She truly cares about her patients and them getting on the road to recovery. If you need an incredible PT, go see her ASAP!

I’ve been working with Ryan for the last three months, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and guidance he’s provided. When I first started, my knee pain was holding me back from everyday activities. From day one, Ryan took the time to understand not just the symptoms but the movement patterns behind my pain, and he tailored every session to my specific needs. Ryan’s approach is knowledgeable, evidence-based, and incredibly personalized. He explained the “why” behind every exercise and adjustment, which made the work feel purposeful and empowering rather than frustrating. Over the past few months, my knee pain has diminished significantly, my strength and mobility have improved, and I feel confident returning to activities I had been avoiding. What sets Ryan apart is his dedication to his patients — he listens, adapts, and genuinely cares about long-term results. If you’re looking for a physical therapist who combines expertise with patience and real, lasting progress, I highly recommend working with Ryan.

I have had Ryan help me with multiple aches and pains over the last several years and he is always incredibly thorough at assessing where the source of discomfort is and does a great job at giving exercises on how to improve things. I’m always confident when I bring Ryan a new ailment that he can help me figure out what’s going on and get me on the road to recovery. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great physical therapist and especially someone who has a great training background with active people.
