Sacred Roots Yoga Teacher Training prepared me for my journey in becoming the yoga teacher that I imagined myself to be. The instructors are more than prepared and well educated to provide those looking to deepen their practice and take that knowledge into a classroom of their own. This training dove deep into anatomy, the history of yoga, study of asanas, sequencing, trauma informed, ayurvedic lifestyles, and more. Completing this training was truly the best decision I have made for myself to date and I am thankful to Sacred Roots each and every day for this life changing course.
