I gave 5 stars on TikTok and this makes 10 stars because this gym is amazing. I love the fact that it's 24/7. The trainer during the PF360 Strength class I started attending last night stated that we were lucky because most PF gyms don't even have a personal trainer. I was able to build my own program, ask any/all questions regarding the gym/working out/health/diet/exercise. There are multiple of the same machines so you never have to wait too long for one to become available. Everyone sticks to themselves, nobody tries to bother you to talk to you besides "Thank you", "Excuse me", "Are you using this?"..so polite. People make sure to wipe equipment down before and after using them so you can see and know how clean the gym is. The staff is so nice and greet you by your name. They immediately address any concerns, answer questions, assist you with anything. It is amazing to be able to come to a gym that really is a judgement free zone. Get involved in classes and not feel so alone in this gym journey.

Went in to try out a free day pass at the Lemon Valley location. I was immediately greeted by the 3 staff members. Olivia gave me a tour, answered ALL my questions and is super friendly and funny. I ended up trying Red Light therapy. Pretty cool! When I came out the session I looked for Olivia wanting to thank her for everything. I joined right then. I had one question regarding the online app. Lilee came from behind the desk and asked if I needed anything. She answered my question and took my picture! The staff members are much younger than myself. But to walk in and have all 3 greet me with a smile - awesome! My point is, not one of them was looking down at their phone. GREAT CREW! No complaints. Life can be much worse, appreciate what you have! Thank you planet fitness staff. Keep up the good work! If you guys ever hire, let me know!

Awesome equipment, but the showers are beyond cold; its like they're trying to accomplish a cold plunge, but not cold enough to have that effect. Turn up the heat! We all know they get hotter.

SCAM!!! They tell you that they have a promotion and you will not be charged till March 10 but then they charge your bank account 5 days later because they charge every 17th of the month regardless of when you start the membership. They will not cancel your membership until you go there in person between 9 to 5 M to F so they can charge some more. You have to take leave from work to be there to cancel in person. The people at the front do not know how the spa equipment works and how it is used. The fees are not exorbitant. Just the fact that they lied is what warrants the single star.
