I LOVE OTF! This particular gym is run by the best people. Everyone is so friendly and makes showing up easy and enjoyable! If you’re someone who likes to show up at the gym and be led through your workouts rather than try to figure out what to do everyday, give OTF a try! Plus, you get your own equipment so no improvising when a machine isn’t available.

Nice, friendly folks and a fantastic coach made my 2 day stay in the area an absolute pleasure. Depending on how long gyms in California remain closed, I may have to make the 2 hour trek back here to work out with this fine team more often! Highly recommend you check them out today!

I'm hooked on Orange Theory Fitness! The 5 AM and 6 AM classes are the perfect way to kickstart my day. And the 6:45 AM Saturday class is a great way to recharge. The coaches are incredible! Nina's intense workouts will push you to your limits, Riley's playlists are fire, Amy's focus on form is essential, Sammie's encouragement is unmatched, and Ciera's bubbly personality is infectious. I love the structured workouts. No more guessing what to do next. Just follow the coaches' instructions and give it your all. The time flies by, and I know I'm getting a killer workout. The challenges are a fun way to stay motivated and push yourself even harder. And the supportive community makes the experience even better. If you're looking to get fit and have fun, I highly recommend Orange Theory Fitness!
