I’ve been to a lot of gyms, but this one truly stands out—thanks in large part to the incredible staff, especially Rene. From the moment you walk in, Rene greets you with genuine enthusiasm and makes you feel welcome. They’re always available to answer questions, offer guidance, or just give that extra bit of motivation you didn’t know you needed. The gym itself is spotless, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality equipment, but it’s the positive atmosphere created by people like Rene that makes the experience exceptional. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, Rene goes above and beyond to ensure you feel supported. Highly recommend this place—five stars all the way!

Sam was extremely helpful throughout the entire process of getting me signed up for the gym membership. He took the time to explain all the details clearly and thoroughly, ensuring I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. I genuinely appreciated his professional approach and patience, as he focused on providing helpful information rather than pushing a sale. Maegan, more like MEGLADON because her service was SPECTACULAR. She showed me all the right machines for the target muscle groups and gave a proper tour of the gym. Highly recommend Maegan.

Sad because I signed a 12 month contract only to learn my first week in that the bathrooms do not get cleaned as they should. There were toilets in the women's bathroom that definitely had older feces in them or hadn't been flushed, because they were the same looking for a couple days. And the smell... those of us in Healthcare know and recognize these things. Its an unfortunate perk. 😅 Wish it were cleaner in that aspect because walking into a locker room having it smell that bad each time is such a bummer.

I'm going to preface this by saying I've been going to this gym for years. I've never had a problem until two weeks ago. I was working out with my friend and there was this machine that we wanted to use, but someone had their jacket on it. Fine, we did a different workout while waiting to see if someone took the machine. No one went on the machine for 10+ minutes, so I assumed someone accidentally left their jacket there. We go to the leg lift machine and I remove the jacket. Then, a man comes up and aggressively asks "Do you think it's ok to touch someone's jacket?" I tried to explain to him I thought someone left it since no one was on it, but he kept interrupting me and was aggressively talking to my friend even though I was the one who removed the jacket. I saw this man do different workouts while his jacket was on the leg lift machine and not once did he use the machine his jacket was on. His reasoning is that he could put his jacket wherever he wants to put it. He was incredibly aggressive to my friend and I and was yelling at us. My friend ended up going to one of the workers to explain what happened and she said she would take care of it. She told the manager, but apparently he didn't hear about it, so my friend had to call the facility and explain the situation AGAIN to two managers. They said it would go to corporate and he would hear back the next day; he didn't. He called back and they said it might take awhile for action to be taken because they get a lot of complaints. It's been TWO WEEKS and nothing has been done. Gym goers, you can definitely find another gym that has better management that can properly handle situations like this. On top of that, this gym keeps raising its fees, doesn't update the locker room (it smells like mold) and has broken equipment all the time.
