Great gym with wonderful amenities. It’s about the only gym in Reno that has both a spa and a pool area. Ramiro and Marlen have been incredibly helpful throughout my fitness journey, and the family that owns the gym are truly great owners who care about their members and the community. Highly recommend!

I really like the fact that this gym has so much to offer. Free personal trainers, pool, sauna, hot tub, cold plunge, etc.. I can keep going but seriously every time I go there I feel welcome and don’t feel judged by everyone. I recommend this gym over every gym I have been to. If you’re tired of the constant judgement and loaded machines you should definitely check this place out!

By far the best gym in Reno/ Sparks area. My favorite spot is the Hottub, pool, sauna and steam room. Also has an amazing Monday night class that offers a good hour session. 💛💛💛 10/10 would recommend

Sauna, Steam room and pool are world class. For the price you can’t beat it in town. Atmosphere is friendly and staff is extremely pleasant.

The showers and steam rooms have severe yellowing on the curtains and grout between tiles, including corners and ceilings. It looks and smells like the showers, sauna and inhilation rooms are never cleaned. The gym looks nicer, but 90% of people dont use the disinfectant spray available (with a wet rag that stays with the spray bottle)- There seems to be no cleanliness protocol here. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Haven't had any payment issues. I met with a personal trainer and had a good experience. Memberships are cheap right now and I'd say you get what you pay for.
