Absolutely fantastic gym! All the equipment you could want - and the staff is fantastic. They lost one star because there's always a machine or two not working - and they *really* need to put in more paper towel dispensers so people can clean their equipment.

I like this gym. It’s a lot better now that it’s 24 hours. The locker room is definitely needing cleaned more frequently though. And the shower is being cold in the morning instead of having hot water consistently makes it difficult to work out before work. There have been a few times where I’ve had to skip a shower before going into work. The staff is always friendly. I wish kids crunch had more hours. Overall, it’s a good gym for the area.

No Hot Water in the men’s showers for 4 months. Did the survey several times, daytime manager is never available to take calls, corporate doesn’t have a contact, employees keep telling me to use the survey because management isn’t doing anything about it. I’ve been going to this same gym for 3 years and never seen it this bad. I’m hoping this review will gain some traction soon. If not, I will have to change gyms.

Such a depressing environment. Up until a few weeks ago there was music played in the gym. Now, nothing. Just quiet awkward silence accompanied by the occasional weight clang. I mean it's already morning, no need to make the gym a quiet unmotivating space. Pump the music! I've only been a member for a little over a month. At first everything was great! Nice machines, tons of free weights, clean gym, clean locker rooms and the staff is great! Everything I wanted when I switched gyms. But now it's such an unmotivating blah environment. I'll give it till the end of the month but if they don't turn the music on, I'll head back to my old gym. I've spoke with the staff about this but they do not have control over the music. Apparently its on a timer and turns on at 7am, when I leave. I don't like headphones so this is probably a bigger issue for me than others. But it's a gym, not a library!
