I have been a client of Kira Gilmer for a period of one year. During that time she has developed a series of personalized yoga exercises to enhance my core strength and lumbar spine flexibility. I am an 82-year old male and have been diagnosed with severe degenerative lumbar disc disease. Needless to say the therapeutic regimen crafted by Kira has helped me in reducing my lower back pain and has vastly improved my flexibility enabling me to once again engage in many of the activities I so enjoyed such as yardwork and bicycling. I really enjoy Kira's self-assured, unrushed, and relaxed demeanor which she exhibits during our one-on-one yoga sessions.
