I go here. It’s nice and clean. Has all the equipment you need. Downtown Reno. Great gym!

New management/employees have completely revitalized this place. Awesome gym, awesome location. New equipment, repairing things that boke (bathroom handle, faucet). There was a stretch the last year or two where things went downhill, but the last 6 months or so have been fantastic. Greatly appreciate the effort - it does not go unnoticed!

Nice gym, has a decent sized open space to workout and a good selection of equipment. Pretty clean bathrooms as well.

Okay gym, if a little small. The customer service is really bad though. I ran into a situation where my key fob to open the door broke, and I contacted the company to get a replacement. A manager named Troy got back to me after about a week and a half and listed some days and times I could come by for a new fob. I told him when I was planning to stop by. I showed up during hours when he specifically said he would be there, and no one was in the office. This happened on two separate days. My other efforts to contact anyone else at the company have gone unanswered — I’ve tried by phone, email, and Facebook business chat. Just really bad customer service.

Im updating my review to warn anyone about this location and its terrible management. I am currently fighting to cancel my membership and switch gyms. "Due to staffing issues" the posted hours on the gym are NOT staffed. The reduced staffing hours are ALSO not staffed! Good luck trying to find someone to cancel a membership that they require you to come in for, but wont be present for. All of my texts, emails, and voicemails have been left unanswered, including my intent to cancel. Eventually I had to revoke authorization for Anytime Fitness auto-withdraw from my bank. When they realized they aren't getting my membership dues anymore, suddenly they were able to respond to me with a non-payment text, and I was finally able to speak with someone. They of course don't have any emails or texts of my intent to cancel, but I have screenshots of everything. As of now, I'm still trying to cancel, and I'm not sure if I will have to escalate this issue legally or not, but I will update about my experience. ---- Original review: ---- Used to be a great gym. Now it's going downhill quickly. They never have equipment wipes, and post excuses about supply issues instead of switching suppliers. Water fountains are constantly broken and spilling water all over the carpets. Equipment details like carabineers are janky. They recently moved all of the equipment and free weights in the most bizarre way, impeding traffic through the gym and limiting space between benches. Leaving bolts sticking up through the floor where equipment used to be. The fob entry system is constantly broken. No one is ever at the gym even during the posted office hours, and no one ever responds to calls or texts. Do better, AF.
