Strength Culture
About
Strength Culture offers a premier training environment focused on gyms and Olympic weightlifting disciplines. The facility features a clean, well-lit space with a circular layout that makes navigation easy. Members have access to high-quality equipment including brand-new Arsenal and Panatta pieces, specialty barbells, and custom Strength Culture plates. The gym maintains its equipment meticulously, with machines rarely out of service for more than a day. For those seeking additional services, chiropractic work is available on-site, and comfortable apparel is sold at the front desk.
reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise the gym's clean, well-maintained environment and high-end equipment, particularly noting the variety of leg machines and specialty barbells. Many highlight the friendly, community atmosphere where serious lifters and IFBB pros train alongside regular gym-goers in a chill vibe. Specific staff members like Lisa, James, Daixa, and Corey receive frequent positive mentions for their excellent service. However, one reviewer expressed significant frustration with a front desk employee named Fran, describing him as overly authoritative and citing this as a reason some members and coaches have left.

Strength Culture (formerly Elev8tion Fitness) is an outstanding gym - my personal favorite in Las Vegas, and there's a lot of great gyms here. The gym is clean and well-lit (great for shooting content). Everything was just repainted and looks fantastic. They have lots of brand-new high-quality Arsenal and Panatta pieces, and just got brand-new weighted plates. Also, lots of good specialty barbells. There's IFBB pros and serious lifters training here, but the atmosphere is always friendly and people are very chill. Lisa, James and Daixa at the front desk are all great. It really feels like a community. I also grabbed some of the apparel they sell, and it's extremely comfortable. And if you need any kind of adjustment or chiropractic work, Corey is a great guy to see and he works right out of the gym. Training at this gym was one of my favorite parts about living in Las Vegas. Very strong recommend to anyone looking for their new gym home!

This has been my home gym ever since she opened a few years ago. Amazing facility!! The equipment is as good as it can get for a bodybuilder! Everything is always functioning properly, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a machine out of service for more than a day. The gym is always super clean which I’m really bougie about. Even if you’re just a regular gym goer it’s a really good vibe here. Plenty of good coaches to hire if you’re in need. The leg rooms are legit! So much to choose from, so many ways to get a workout in. Even when the parking lot is packed and you think it’s gonna be super busy there’s always a way to get your workout in without having to wait on machines. Everyone is super chill and friendly, allowing others to work in when needed. Best gym vibe whether you’re like me and just wanna get in and get out, or if you wanna socialize a little and get some networking in this is a great gym for everyone!

A great gym, especially for a bodybuilding/physique focus. Strength Culture has a great variety of high end equipment, friendly staff, it’s clean, and the circular layout makes it easy to move through the gym. The custom Strength Culture plates are a nice touch!

This gym is the vibe. Clean, great equipment. Lisa is the best and most fabulous experience of the gym. One down side though too many baddies , hard to concentrate.

Fran needs to learn his place in this gym. He's not even supposed to be at the front desk and he acts like he's the owner. He is on a major power trip and management needs to put him on a leash. There is a reason members have canceled their memberships and coaches have started switching over clients to different gyms. No one can stand him!!! The fact that the owner still chooses to employ him really speaks volumes about the management. Choosing one person over the rest of the members/employees of the gym is not a good move on managements part. I will not be returning as long as Fran is employed. Worst thing to happen to this amazing gym.
