What a phenomenal experience this was. This was life changing, no kidding. The knowledge, the passion and experience these teachers possess was way more than I expected. They really brought their A game to this training and I’d recommend this ytt course to anyone and everyone.

I loved my experience with Solstice! You will be guided by the most amazing teachers who are committed to sharing the principles and philosophy of yoga. The space is beautiful and welcoming. The instructors are deeply passionate about their business of giving you holistic yoga practices and there is a dedication to quality content with expert delivery of the information. All this while also offering standard studio yoga sessions found at most yoga studios.

What a beautiful class I had with Sam. Such a cute studio very clean and feels welcoming. Sam was so kind and helpful I’m not very flexible and she assisted me on getting my poses right. Felt at peace felt happy to be there. Thank you Sam for a great class will be back!
