Very clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and supervising the kids especially dodge ball. Lots of jumping the kids can do. They have seating for guest. Party area. Vending machines, claw machines and lockers for shoes. Bathroom clean and floors. They have good pizza and stocked food bar. Parking was easy to find and free. Overall, nice place for kids to jump and have fun. Price to jump over $20

They DO NOT honor any passes any longer. My child earned vip 90 min passes for his great work from his school. Being proud of his achievements, we headed to skyline with 2 of his friends. They rejected from using them when we arrived. Corporate has done something to refuse honoring them. Can not input them in the system at all! So, if you have one, call ahead if you dont believe me. Dont arrive without $27 to pay for the 2 hour min pass. They dont honor 90 mins because its now 2 hours not offering 90 min any longer. And you Have to have "sky Zone" socks($7) no acceptions. Lyla was very kind and explained everything with gratitude. She was patient and understanding. I Love when you can speak to someone that is not rude or has an attitude about their policy. She was Awesome! Thank You Lyla!

Great place to come with the kids. Something for everyone to have fun doing. A little disappointing that the manager is a little overbearing with the rules. My kids were "taking too long to go through the obstacle course, (when no one else was there)." My daughter was so upset she didn't want to play anymore.

I didn't like places that insist I buy their particular shoe. firstly, your waivers cover that. secondly, if it's that important, have the person who inspected our wristbands on the way into the play area check the bottom of socks to ensure they're not too worn. If it's truly a matter of safety, the front desk person stretching over the counter to see if I was wearing their brand sock under my shoes wasn't at all checking for safety. The platforms where they jump off onto an airbag has two levels, but they have to be 7 years old to jump off the higher one? this isn't posted. this isn't in the rules. and it's totally arbitrary. if they can jump off the lower one, they can jump off the higher one The 6 and under area finally opened the three level climbing area with slide. but why only 6 and under?? This climbing area can fit and handle older kids. Why waste all that space for very few kids to play in it there were other things that infuriated me, but they're not important since there are other places to go that don't hustle socks

I paid for a party and the experience was very unpleasant. The party was rushed , attractions were not open and staff was rude to party guest (children) . Myself and party guest felt staff was rude and unpleasant our food was over cooked ( pizza was burnt) pitchers of soda were flat. Myself and family pretty much served the kids ourselves at that point what am paying for. I will never have another party at this establishment will be taking my business back to Flip N Out Extreme. Overall it was a horrible experience my daughter did not have a great experience and even guest were shocked with the service .
