I highly recommend Rebel Fitness for your workout needs, and Alan(the owner), as your personal trainer. I have to laugh and shake my head every time I come across a bad review.... The atmosphere is very friendly and not intimidating in any way. Perfect for someone new to working out around others or just new to working out. Alan is very dedicated to his gym. He keeps it super clean and organized and actually cares about his equipment. Alan is also dedicated to his members. Unlike other gym owners/trainers I have come across, he will go above and beyond to help you reach your goals. He is very knowledgeable of exercise, anatomy, nutrition, supplements, and more! And last, as a woman with 2 daughters who are also members, I feel safe in Alan's gym as he is a no-nonsense kinda guy and will always make sure the women in his gym are safe. Thank you Alan!

Excellent gym! Super clean and enough gear to cover all of your needs. Great atmosphere....super friendly and everybody from fellow gym-goers to management is very supportive in my fitness goals. A very family atmosphere and has earned 'home-away-from-home' with flying colors from me!

I have been a client of Alan for over 10 years. As a personal trainer, he has provided excellent tailored service that has taken me from being able to walk a block to be able to walk miles. From being able to be on the stairmaster for 10 seconds to 20 minutes. Alan is a committed health professional, who cares about his clientele. His gym is clean, well-maintained, and carefully managed. He cares about his clients, and works to ensure that everyone has a good experience while at his gym.

This is a great, well equipped gym. I'm especially happy that they have the 12 Nautilus One machines that I need for my workout plans. Alan is the owner and a former physical therapist so he's great to have available for personal training. So glad I found it, and it's near my home.

I find their registration process to be quite time consuming and onerous. I’m really just looking to get in and be able to workout, for being an adult and it being a basic gym I do not feel it is respectful of customers time to have to sit and be lectured at for so long. Update since response: as you can see from his long response he just makes everything way more complicated than needed. He falsely alleges I slandered him in an email which I pasted below so you can see that it is not true. My main complaint is not that I have to file a simple form but that the simple form could not have been presented to me in the 30 min that I sat in his office. Instead he also sent a multiple page email which I missed doing as I assumed that was just backup and the files I filled out in the gym were sufficient as it is with every other gym I have ever been to. (Maybe he explained this and I forgot, but my whole point is why couldn't I just get everything done in the 30 min in his office). Here is my full email that he claims was slanderous: "Maybe it was. Still you talked to me for over 30 min and it does not typically take that long to register for a gym. You very easily during that 30 min could have completed everything so that I didn't need to do anything later. You did not do that because you seem more interested in talking about how awesome you are than doing the one thing the customer wants, to have access to the gym. Your conduct and this note illustrate that you do not respect my time. If you did I would have had access to the gym after our 30 min meeting. I assumed I did have access as that is how any professional businessman that respects my time would handle it. Clearly that is not how you handle it and that's your right. I just feel very disrespected and that you wasted an inordinate amount of my time for no reason. Clearly you do not care."
