Stayed at the Plaza for a week the best part was Real Results gym located inside. Awesome staff, great equipment, clean. I will stay at the Plaza again simply because of Real Results. kudos to the Plaza for partnering with Real Results.

Remained at the Plaza for seven days the best part was Real Results rec center situated inside. Amazing staff, incredible gear, clean. I will remain at the Plaza again basically due to Real Results. praise to the Plaza for cooperating with Real Results.

Clean open gym. Walking distance from the Freemont. There is a lot to like about this facility and some minor inconveniences. I came to this gym 4 days during my recent trip. It has clean restrooms and even a shower. Water dispenser, lockers, TVs, and towels to clean the equipment. Plenty of cardio equipment to choose from including ropes and tire flips. Cable weight machine is awesome with plenty of accessories. Dumbbells go up to 50lbs and some kettlebells. I saw that they had benches and rack attachments on the rogue cage hoping to see some barbells and bumper plates but they are locked away in storage, you may need an employee present to access them. I did get a special pass to access this facility but currently as of this writing, do not offer day passes. I would gladly pay $10/day to access this facility if I’m staying near downtown Freemont.

Only four people can use the gym at one time, no exceptions. That’s pretty ridiculous, But I guess it would’ve been as old and worn out as everything else here anyway.
