I would rate this club ten stars if possible. Pros The front desk staff that is there when I am are Cheryl and Kay. The manager is TJ. They are super. Friendly is an understatement but not obtrusive either. They do double duty as cleaners and the place is spotless. The equipment is in good shape and ready to use. Cons None I wish there were more establishments that met this high standard.

I’ve never been much of a gym person… even as someone who’s always been fairly athletic, traditional gyms never really felt like my thing. But the morning crew at this Planet Fitness changed that completely. Kay, Cheryl, and Chase at the front have been nothing short of amazing… from day one, they’ve made me feel welcome, never judged, and have answered every stupid question I’ve had with total patience and kindness. Their energy and attitude genuinely make the place feel like a community, not just a gym… (even if I never speak to the people I see working out there daily, lol) I also want to shout out Alberto, the maintenance engineer, who keeps everything spotless and running smooth… one of those people who may be behind the scenes but makes a huge difference in the day-to-day experience. Thanks to this crew, walking through those doors is the easiest part of my day… if you’re hesitant about starting or getting back into the gym, this is the team you want in your corner.

Plus I know there others out side the area, if I need or want to work out of vacation or work trip. It’s consistent, clean, and comfortable—exactly what I need to stay on track without distractions. No Judgement Zone...🤘🏽 The equipment is well maintained, the space is welcoming, and the overall vibe makes it easy to focus on getting a good workout in, whether I’m stopping by for a quick session or spending more time training. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, which goes a long way. It’s not about being flashy—it’s about having a reliable gym where you can show up, put in the work, and keep moving forward. Planet Fitness does that for me. 💪

They should address the issue that all members of these gym is occupying the parking lots of other business next door. The parking lot is full of cars off the members of this gym. They should limit the attendance of the people here because everybody is coming to the gym at once. I hope the manager can address this issue. It's 6:45 pm now and it's full

I went into this club like I usually do as a member. This old lady named Cheryl tried to throw my key in the garbage that I use for my lock. When I confronted her about it, she became rude and disrespectful and told me to not leave it around. Then I needed a machine fixed that was raised too high. So I went to the front desk. Who's sitting there but this lady who I didn't want to talk to. There was another lady there that passed me to her and I said, I didn't want to talk to her cause she has an issue with me. Then the lady became lippy again. So I tried to find the corporate number for planet fitness. mysteriously they don't have one. They are owned by a shell company called Black Duck Partners, and I couldn't find a phone number for them either. There was a dead South Carolina number that I called. So they can basically treat their members like garbage and get away with it. Since there's noone to complain to. Then they wonder why people finally lose it and take matters into their own hands. Don't ever join this place unless you want to be treated like garbage.
