This gym is a nice place to work out! It’s always clean, organized, and pretty easy to get comfortable in. The staff are really friendly, especially Jordan and Luke, who are the ones I see most often. They’re always pleasant and make the atmosphere feel welcoming. Overall, it’s a good spot and I’ve had a positive experience coming here so far.

I love my local gym. I come here usually after a hard shift at work so it's just a big stress reliever. I love that it's 24/7 because I usually go late anywhere from 8pm to as late as 2am, it's always there for me to go to. The staff is especially great. Modesto always is so friendly and motivating to me so it's refreshing to go to the gym and that staff happy I made it in that day. Always a good session, even if it's light or heavy. Doesn't hurt that I can grab a nice massage in the chairs even if I don't feel like lifting.

Great timely service very clean slight issue with some staff being jaded and rather rude towards trans/queer people at least behind locker room doors but it doesn't appear to be standard just a few bad apples overall I've been to 9 different planet fitnesses this ranks 2nd in cleanliness 7th in staff but 1st in attentiveness

I like that this PF is 24h and close to work. Ive got a bit of a lIfe situation and need a shower more than anything, and thats where i docked a star. Sometimes perfect temperature and pressure for 5 to 10m, some times you bearly have time to soap up before having to rush finish. Additionally, I would have loved a facility tour, based on my membership level, to help the acclamation.

I canceled my membership in October 2025 and received written confirmation that my membership was successfully canceled. The confirmation clearly stated that my access would end on October 16, 2025. Despite this, I have continued to be charged monthly fees through February 2026. I have documentation proving the cancellation and the ongoing charges. Being billed after a confirmed cancellation is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. Members should not have to fight to stop unauthorized recurring charges. I am requesting an immediate refund for all charges made after October 16, 2025, along with written confirmation that my account is fully closed and billing has permanently stopped. I hope management resolves this quickly and ensures this does not continue happening to other members.
