This gym is an amazing option if you’re looking for a new gym! The team members here are very polite and helpful. Gilberto and Joselin were some of the most incredible team members here. They were very kind and super helpful when I was setting up my membership here. If you’re looking for an incredible gym, this planet fitness is a wonderful option you should consider!

Fransisco & Athyna are the best. They’re always so warm and welcoming. They greet me every day and always wish me a good rest of my day. The gym facilites are nice, it’s just very busy to be honesttttt. The bathroom lowkey smells weird sometimes but idk maybe it’s a sewage thing.

Staff are all young people who overall need training in customer service. They seem to all be there hanging out and not knowledgeable about specifics when asked. I had to file a complaint with corporate just to get the attention of a manager regarding the temperature control; the bathrooms and exercise areas are at times below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.

I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable customer service my sister and I experienced at your gym. We both have Black Card memberships, yet we were denied the ability to bring a guest—one of the main benefits of this membership. Instead of offering a guest pass, explaining alternatives, or even suggesting a membership option, the staff member simply dismissed us and made us feel as though we were being kicked out. This was handled in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. On top of this, the gym is consistently overheated, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to work out. This has been an ongoing issue and has not been addressed. Between the poor customer service and the lack of proper facility conditions, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We are now seriously considering canceling our memberships immediately, as the service does not reflect what we are paying for. I hope this issue is addressed promptly, as this is not the level of service expected from a gym offering Black Card memberships.

While the gym is clean and the staff are welcoming, it don't help the fact that this gym does not met my expectations. I was a former member at Fitness Factory when they closed down the facility on October 30th. Planet Fitness seems to offer more options and more flexibility. I feel like I'm missing something: Fitness Factory is more better than this. Also, some familiar faces from the other gym came to this gym since they don't know what to do next after their gym on Charleston is closed (it was 24-Hour Fitness a long time ago by the way). What I find it very frustrating is that this facility must have all guests scan their membership card through the app once they enter the facility. What is this stuff? At Fitness Factory, it was totally different. You get a card and scan the card at the door entrance or scan it at the front desk. It's that simple. But Planet Fitness is a different approach. You have to download their app and create an account. I put my email in but the app never let's me in after several attempts to get the password in. Are you kidding me?!😠 I kinda feel unwelcome here. The staff are reassuring but their kindness don't last forever, as we may know that we live in a world of hate and disrespect. Sooner or later, I'll be canceling my membership and head back to Fitness Factory, or any other gym that don't have the app scanning problem. Everyone at Fitness Factory are probably having the same problem as I am. There is no dance floor, no sauna. Just the black card spa, which I never been in there I won't - sorry.
