Firstly, this location was one of the nicest ones I’ve been too. Jackie and Anthony were super welcoming. They provided a tour and explanation of membership levels. Super friendly and beautiful facility? This will most definitely be the location the I go to when I’m visiting.

I absolutely love this location! I'm transferring One planet fitness location to this one. Just over the simple facts that the 1121 E Sahara location ALWAYS say hi to me as soon as I walk in, they smile, and they ask if I'm having a good day, and if I'm not, they asked if they can do to help the day be better. They're absolutely up to service, the machines are always ready to go, very sanitary, and they're looking to do where they can to keep their customers there and also have got the same time. There's any fitness and health location in the in the world that I recommend, it is 100% this one! Thank Kevin and Jacqueline!

I had a great experience at Planet Fitness thanks to one of their outstanding employees, Cristal. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer my questions, explain the equipment, and make sure I felt comfortable in the gym. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist really made my visit enjoyable. It’s refreshing to meet someone who truly cares about customer service. Planet Fitness is lucky to have such a dedicated and kind team member. Highly recommend!

Always clean, always safe and full of positive energy. The rules are simple and easy to follow, no trainer needed. The staff is always ready to help. I recommend the Black Card.

Joe was absolutely phenomenal. He was so caring, kind, and hilarious! Everyday I would love to walk in here and see him. He is at the peak of great customer service.
