Instructor Gabi at Pilates by Irina in Las Vegas is outstanding! Her dynamic sessions inspire me to feel super strong, flexible, healthy and invigorated! I take private lessons and I love it!

The training I've received, from my 1 on 1 lessons with Sherrie at Pilates by Irina, has been amazing! Sherrie built a strong foundation for me in pilates and took into account my current flexibility problems to build a challenging, fun, and efficient workout plan! Pilates by Irina me helped so much in building a stronger core, relaxed muscles, and more flexibility (basically everything I was struggling with)! I recommend anyone and everyone to try pilates here!

Pilates by Irina is fabulous. I am working one-on-one with Gabi, who is my instructor. They really take the time to get to know you and your strength and what you are capable of before throwing you in there. I would recommend if you are looking to do pilates correctly and get the most out of it.

I would not recommend anyone interested in Pilates going here. Choose a business that can be trusted to care for customer and honor the commitments and promise they make to customers, which is not Pilates by Irina. I’d really advise anyone thinking of Pilates to choose another studio and avoid this one. I bought a package of 20 classes from Pilates by Irina just prior to COVID becoming a concern in the US. I was only able to use one session out of the package before authorities started expressing extreme concern over COVID. I have a serious medical conditional that I am undergoing intensive treatment for that when COVID hit makes it impossible to go to Pilates due to the incredible safety concern related to my health. I have been forced to isolate in my house since the start of COVID due to safety issues (as advised by my healthcare provider). Irina told me that she would give me a refund at any time when discussing COVID and concerns related to COVID with her by phone on May 5th. Now they refuse to give me the refund they promised me. So they are keeping $1,200 of my money that they know I will never be able to benefit from any services for and they know that I cannot go due to a health condition but they do not care. They refuse to return my calls or get in touch with me related to the package I bought and refuse to honor Irena’s commitment to refund the money. When I spoke with Irina by phone on May 5, 2020 she said she was happy to provide me a refund at any time. At that time we discussed the difficulties of COVID, all the shut downs. She expressed how athletes were having a hard time due to the shut downs. She was very understanding and assured me that I could request a refund for the unused portion of my package at any time. I was so grateful. As it became more evident that COVID was not going away and continued direction from my health care provider that such a setting was too much of a risk for me to go out. I asked Irina to please provide the refund as promised. The only response I have gotten was a text refusing to provide a refund. I have called Irina and the business multiple times, left many messages, and texted them as well. I have explained to them that my health condition prevents me from returning and begged them to return my calls. They refuse to call me or respond in any way beyond that text refusing the refund. I cannot tell you how difficult this year has been for me. It has been an incredibly trying time for myself and my family. During the difficult times of COVID, I cannot fathom how a business can do this to someone. They are completely aware I will never be able to use the package and they know that Irina promised me the refund at any time. I am out almost $1,200 that they refuse to refund though they know I cannot ever benefit from any service that $1,200 should be paying for because of a devastating health condition. I have found that this business and Irina cannot be trusted. I had been a good client for a year, and that means nothing to them. They have shown me they do not care about their customers, about people with health condition, even circumstances that can mean life and death during COVID. I will admit that I have been reduced to tears over this more than once. As hard as the times of COVID have been and as trying as the intensive and invasive medical treatments have been for me, adding on top of this the fact that people would be as uncaring and unkind as Irina and Pilates by Irina, and that she promised me she would give me the refund and now refuses, have really added an additional devastating component to everything I have gone through this year. If you are thinking of choosing a Pilates studio, choose one that actually cares for their customers and cares about people. Pilates by Irina have proved that they do not care about the people who are their customers and that they will go against their commitments to their customers.
